In the past 3 years advanced electronics (ie USB flash drives, digital picture
frames, PDA's, Mp3's, Mp4's and I-Pods) have gone from less than 1% of the overall
industry sales to nearly 5 %. This has caused a serious problem faced by many
promotional products distributors. Their working knowledge of the technology behind
what they are selling is lacking in credibility. This is causing a significant lack
of confidence on behalf on their consumer.


"In the past 30 years the promotional products industry has been pretty simple"

polo's and a wide array of gadgets, none of them very technical. Now the consumer is
